Every project starts with understanding your business, not jumping straight to wireframes. What problem are you actually solving? Who uses this? What does success look like in 6 months?
I keep projects lean and focused. Scope creep is the enemy of good work. We define the scope upfront, stick to it, and ship something real and iterate from there.
I also believe in handing over code that you (or another developer) can actually maintain. No lock-in, no magic dependencies, clean documentation.
